Your First Visit
We look forward to meeting you for the first time and getting to know more about your oral health needs and goals. This visit provides the opportunity to show you around our office, meet our dental care team and to discuss any concerns you may have about the health or appearance of your natural smile.
Please bring with you to your first visit:
- Records and/or x-rays from previous dental providers
- Dental insurance card
- The co-payment required by your insurer
- A list of the medications you take
Our office accepts x-rays from other dentists as long as they are current. Bitewing x-rays must have been taken within the past year, and Panoramic x-ray within the past five years. Please complete the general dental release form to release your records to our office. You can sign and send this form directly to your previous dentist.
Patient Education
There are a variety of computer programs available to help patients better understand their dental conditions and treatment options. We want our patients to feel confident in their dental decisions. Programs such as GURU and DentalMaster are used to assist patients in these processes.
Cosmetic and Restorative Treatments
Invisalign
Do you want straighter and more uniform teeth? Correct crooked teeth with Invisalign. Our dentists take digital impressions of teeth that are sent to a lab to create a series of clear plastic aligners. Each aligner will be worn for one to two weeks and are able to be removed and gently brushed with a toothbrush and water.
Dental Implants
One of the most versatile restorative options is dental implant treatment. Patients should replace lost missing teeth as soon as possible since multiple problems can develop. The gap left by a missing tooth can be filled by remaining natural teeth shifting into place. Suddenly overcrowded teeth offer increasing difficulties, as they are hard to clean. Dental implants are inserted into gaps between teeth for a stable and secure result.
Porcelain Veneers
Want to fix a chipped tooth? Porcelain veneers may be the right treatment option for you. Porcelain veneers are durable, stain-resistant, and look and feel natural. Because they cover teeth, they also protect them with a long-lasting end result. Consisting of ultra-thin porcelain shells, dental veneers reflect light for a luminous look.
